Send Marketing Emails (Resend)

Niblr sends order confirmations and other transactional receipts automatically — you don't configure anything for those. This guide is about marketing campaigns (newsletters, promotions), which send from your own Resend account so they come from your address and your sending reputation.

You'll do this in the admin under Marketing → Email settings.

Connect your Resend account

1. Create a Resend account at resend.com (a free tier is available).
2. Verify your sending domain. In Resend → Domains, add your domain (e.g. example.com) and add the DNS records Resend gives you. Campaigns must send from a verified sender.
3. Create an API key. In Resend → API Keys → Create, copy the key (starts with re_).
4. Enter it in Niblr. In Marketing → Email settings:
   • Resend API key — paste your re_… key (encrypted at rest, masked after saving).
   • From name — the sender name customers see (e.g. your store name).
   • From email — a verified sender on your Resend domain (e.g. hello@example.com). This is required and must match a domain you verified in step 2.
   • Active — check this on. Campaigns only send when the config is active.
5. Save.

Your marketing campaigns now send through your Resend account from your own address.

Two different email systems, on purpose: order receipts go out through Niblr's platform email with no setup, while campaigns use the Resend key you connect here. Your key does not affect order confirmations, and vice-versa.
