Terms of Service

By creating a store or otherwise using Niblr, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Use Niblr to run a legitimate store. In particular, you agree not to use the platform to:

• sell anything illegal, or defraud or mislead customers;
• impersonate or pass yourself off as another business, brand, or organization, or use a name or trademark you aren’t authorized to use;
• use another person’s name, likeness, or identity — including that of a public figure — without authorization;
• publish hateful content, slurs, harassment, or material that incites violence against a person or group;
• publish content that is unlawful in the market where your store operates — including content restricted under local law — or that infringes anyone’s rights; or
• disrupt, attack, or otherwise abuse the service or other stores on it.

This applies to your store name and store address as much as to the products and content inside it: a store name or subdomain must not impersonate, appropriate an identity, or otherwise breach this policy.

You connect and use your own payment provider — such as Stripe or Razorpay — to process payments from your customers, under that provider’s own terms. Any platform or subscription fees for using Niblr itself are billed separately, as described on the pricing page.

Your store, catalog, orders, and customer data belong to you. We don’t claim ownership over anything you upload or sell, and you can export or remove your data at any time.

We aim to keep Niblr available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, pricing, and these terms may change from time to time; we’ll make a reasonable effort to communicate material changes.

You can stop using Niblr and close your store at any time. Where a store violates these terms — including the acceptable-use rules above — we may, at our discretion and in proportion to the issue, rename a store address, suspend the store, or terminate the account. We’ll generally start with the least disruptive step.

A suspended store is hidden from shoppers, but you keep access to your admin and can still export your catalog, orders, and customers while any issue is resolved — we don’t hold your data hostage. Termination is reserved for serious or repeated violations.

Empty Free stores. A store on the Free plan that has no products and no orders, and that nobody has signed in to for 7 days, gets an email from us. If it is still empty three days later, we pause it: shoppers see a holding page, and your admin keeps working. Signing in to your admin un-pauses it immediately — nothing else is needed. A store that stays paused and empty for a further 7 days may be removed. Paid plans are never paused for inactivity.

Niblr is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niblr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
