Terms of Service

These terms explain, in general terms, what you can expect from Niblr and what we expect from you.

This is a template. It is not legal advice. Review and replace it with a policy reviewed for your business before relying on it.

Acceptance

By creating a store or otherwise using Niblr, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the platform.

Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

Use Niblr to run a legitimate store. Don’t use the platform to sell anything illegal, to defraud customers, to infringe on someone else’s rights, or to disrupt or abuse the service.

Payments & fees

You connect and use your own payment provider — such as Stripe or Razorpay — to process payments from your customers, under that provider’s own terms. Any platform or subscription fees for using Niblr itself are billed separately, as described on the pricing page.

Content ownership

Your store, catalog, orders, and customer data belong to you. We don’t claim ownership over anything you upload or sell, and you can export or remove your data at any time.

Availability & changes

We aim to keep Niblr available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, pricing, and these terms may change from time to time; we’ll make a reasonable effort to communicate material changes.

Termination

You can stop using Niblr and close your store at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the platform or other stores at risk.

Liability disclaimer

Niblr is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niblr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
