Privacy Policy
This page explains, in general terms, what data a Niblr store collects and how it is used.
What we collect
We collect the information needed to run a store: account information (name, email, and login details), store and order data (products, orders, and customer details entered into a store), and usage data (pages visited, actions taken, and basic device or browser information collected automatically).
How we use it
We use this information to operate stores, process orders, provide support, maintain security, and improve the platform. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Cookies
Niblr uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly if cookies are disabled.
Third parties
Payments are processed directly by the payment provider a store owner connects — such as Stripe or Razorpay — under that provider’s own privacy policy. We use hosting and infrastructure providers to run the platform, who may process data on our behalf solely to provide that service.
Data retention & export
Store data is retained for as long as an account remains active. Store owners can export their catalog, orders, and customer data at any time, and may request deletion of their data subject to legal and operational requirements.
Your rights
Depending on where you’re located, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data associated with your account. To exercise any of these rights, contact the store or platform as described below.
